I’ve attended quite a few AI events lately and had deep chats with many friends in the industry. I took the chance to organize my recent observations and thoughts on Agents, so while the iron is hot, let me sync my core conclusions with all of you.
Looking back to the beginning of the year, we were all saying, “2025 will be the year AI Agents actually land in the real world,” this and that.
In the blink of an eye, the year is almost over. Looking at data across every industry, I can only say with emotion: that prediction is rock-solid. It’s happening.
Agents Are No Longer Just “Executors” — They Are Starting to “Evolve”
The classic formula we used to repeat was: Planning + Memory + Tools + Execution.
After observing for the past few months, I think this formula needs an upgrade. I’m adding one crucial variable — Feedback.
